Through expert insights, real-life stories, and helpful discussion, you'll discover practical tools to strengthen family life and help your teenagers thrive.

What to expect at the parenting teenagers course

Connect

The course takes place online, making it easy to join from the comfort of your own home. Each session provides a welcoming environment where parents can learn, reflect, and connect with others who are navigating similar experiences.

TALK

Each session includes engaging video content featuring parenting experts, practical teaching, and real-life experiences from families. Topics include understanding your teenager, meeting their emotional needs, setting healthy boundaries, helping them make good choices, and preparing them for adult life.

PRIVATE CONVERSATION

Probably the most valuable part of the course: the opportunity to reflect on what you're learning and discuss it with others. Discussion groups provide a friendly, supportive environment where you can share experiences, gain insights, and learn from one another. There's no pressure to contribute, and you're free to participate at a level you're comfortable with.

  • While we encourage parents to attend every session, missing one won't prevent you from benefiting from the rest of the course.
